Machine cavity spotface as shown on web product page drawing. Proper locating shoulder depth from bottom of spotface MUST be maintained. (When using Sun manifolds designed for weatherized assemblies, this step can be skipped.)

Remove existing coil nut and o-ring from cartridge and discard or save for other use.

Install cartridge into manifold to specified torque.
|
|
Install spacer, coil, and associated o-rings in order shown. Torque coil nut to 30-35 in-lbs.
