Pilot-operated, balanced
poppet relief valves
Pilot-operated, balanced poppet relief valves are similar to other pilot-operated relief valves with several key benefits. They can be thought of as a hybrid between a direct-acting relief and a pilot-operated, balanced piston relief valve. They have the low-leakage poppet design of a direct-acting relief valve with adjustability under pressure and low-pressure override of a pilot-operated, balanced piston relief valve.
